'Cause the world should be yours!

Civworld is a map editor for Freeciv world maps. Originally created by Benjamin Drieu, it was modified by Daniel Gudlat and Thue Janus Kristensen, and is now maintained by Mike Kaufman. Civworld is a modified version of the regular GTK+ 1.2 client for Freeciv, and clearly it would be better to integrate it into the main source tree. At the moment it is distributed in the form of a a couple of files on the FTP site. The README has all the details. See also some (older) screenshots.
